Exhibition opens Friday, November 6, 2026 and closes Sunday, November 15, 2026

Hours:

• Friday, November 6, 2026, from 4pm until 8pm (with               opening reception)
• Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10am until 6pm
• Sunday, November 8, 2026, from noon until 4pm
• Friday, November 13, 2026, from 4pm until 8pm
• Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 10am until 6pm
• Sunday, November 15, 2026, from noon until 4pm

Work Media: 

All media are welcome, including painting, drawing, sculpture, digital (please, no AI generated images), photography, ceramics, glass, and mixed media.

Work Size and Presentation: 

• 2D Works: To ensure a diverse and manageable display, submitted work should not exceed 36" x 36" in overall size, including framing if applicable. Must be ready to hang with secure hardware (including picture hanging wire suitable for wall hooks or other hanging systems; please, no sawtooth hangers), either framed or gallery wrapped (with material stretched around the perimeter of the wooden stretcher bars, with the sides finished so that staples or fasteners are not visible)
• 3D Works: Must be stable, self-supporting, and safe for public display. Size limit no larger than 18" x 18" x 18" and no heavier than 25 pounds.
• For the safety of the artwork, work that is not securely and professionally prepared for exhibition cannot be exhibited.

Sales:

• We will be happy to collect payment for any work for sale. There is no additional charge or commission collected on the sale.

• Please let us know (complete the Contact Us section below, or email or text to contact info below) if you would like to participate by end of day, September 30, 2026, and we’ll follow up with a request for specific details on the work you would like to exhibit. If you know of other artists who may be interested in participating, please feel free to forward this CFA directly to them. 

Artwork  delivery

• Friday, October 30, 2026, 4pm – 8pm
• Saturday, October 31, 10am – 4pm
• Or contact us (info below) to schedule a deliver prior to October 31.

Event  dates

• Exhibition closes Sunday, November 15, 2026

Artwork pick up

• Monday  pick up, November 16, 2026, 2pm – 6 pm
• Tuesday pick up, November 17, 2026, 2pm – 6 pm
• Wednesday  pick up, November 18, 2026, 2pm – 6 pm
